API support
For API requests, response errors, endpoint behaviour or integration questions, email api@pincodeapi.in. Please include the endpoint path, HTTP status, approximate request time and a short example that reproduces the issue. Do not send passwords, secret keys or other sensitive credentials by email.
Postal-data corrections
For a correction to a PIN code or post-office record, email support@pincodeapi.in. Please include the PIN code, post-office name, the field that appears incorrect and a reliable supporting source where possible.
Plans and commercial enquiries
For plan availability, future higher-volume access or commercial enquiries, email sales@pincodeapi.in.
Privacy, legal, grievance, security and abuse
For privacy or data-rights requests, email privacy@pincodeapi.in. For a formal grievance or complaint, email grievance@pincodeapi.in. Formal legal notices and legal correspondence may be sent to legal@pincodeapi.in.
