Grievance & Complaints

Contact routes for privacy requests, postal corrections, API issues and formal complaints.

Effective date: 23 August 2026

How to raise a complaint

If you have a complaint about personal information, a postal-data record, API behaviour or another part of the service, please contact us using the address that best matches the issue.

What to include

Please include enough information for us to understand the issue. For a postal correction, include the PIN code, office name and supporting source. For an API issue, include the endpoint path, HTTP status and approximate time. For a privacy request, explain the right or concern you want us to address.

Verification

For privacy requests, we may ask for reasonable information needed to verify that the request relates to you. We will not ask for more information than reasonably necessary for that purpose.

Response

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Where no fixed legal period applies, we aim to respond within a reasonable time based on the nature and complexity of the matter.

Escalation

If an applicable privacy or consumer law gives you the right to approach a regulator, supervisory authority, consumer forum or court, nothing on this page removes that right. Before paid plans become available, any additional consumer grievance or billing disclosures required for those plans will be published with the final commercial terms.
